Easy Crock-Pot Orange Chicken

Hello, friends! Happy Monday!
This is a SUPER easy orange chicken recipe that I have made several times. It is also a crock-pot recipe, so that makes it even better! Don't you just love those crock-pot recipes? It always turns out great. 


I usually serve this over white rice. Right now my favorite white rice is Nishiki® premium grade rice that I steam in my Aroma® Professional Rice Cooker. Yes, we eat so much rice in this house that we have a rice cooker. We actually purchased the smaller version of this cooker first because of the awesome reviews that it had on Amazon. Unfortunately, the heating element went out after a few months so we decided to replace it and upgraded to the larger size. So far, so good with this rice cooker.

Easy Crock-Pot Orange Chicken

Servings: 4
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 3 1/2 - 6 1/2 hours


Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
3/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's® Original BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

3/4 cup Smuckers® Sweet Orange Marmalade

Directions:
1.) Cook chicken in crockpot on HIGH 3 hours or LOW 6 hours (covered)
2.) After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juice from crockpot
3.) Remove chicken and cut into cubes or strips. Return to crockpot
4.) Mix together marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce
5.) Pour mixture over chicken and continue to cook on HIGH for 30 minutes (covered)
6.) Serve over white rice

Hey everyone! Here's a recipe that I make fairly often. I'm not a huge fan of meatloaf really. This is more for the husband than anything, but this meatloaf has such a good flavor that I will eat it. I found this recipe on the side of an A.1. Original Sauce bottle and gave it a try a few years ago, and it has just kind of stuck! Mocha Punch

Hey y'all! This punch can be customized with any coffee and chocolate ice-cream of your choosing. The original recipe did not call for whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles to be added, but I saw where someone commented that they did this, so I decided to try it. I must say that the punch was awesome by itself, but adding the toppings make it even better! It was soooooo creamy. Plus, who doesn't like chocolate sprinkles? If you have any left over you can even store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator and save for later! Recipe from: "101 Things To Do With A Slow Cooker" Prep Time: 10-15 minutes Cook Time: 5-6 hours Servings: 4-6 Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef, browned and drained 1 can (15 oz.) of whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (15 oz.) of French cut green beans 2 cups of instant mashed potatoes, prepared 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil Salt and Pepper Directions: 1.)
