Guacamole

Recipe from: allrecipes.com Guacamole Servings: 4 Assemble Time: 15-30 minutes Ingredients: 3 avocados- peeled, pitted, mashed 1 lime, juiced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup diced onion 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 roma tomatoes, diced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional) Directions: 1.) In a medium bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice, and salt. 2.) Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. 3.) Stir in cayenne pepper. 4.) Bodacious Bean Dip

I used high heat to cook this, and it turned out fine; however, I think that you could easily achieve the same results just by popping the mixture into the microwave if you're short on time. It may turn out differently if you cook on low heat, but with high heat I feel like I might as well have stuck it in the microwave. It didn't feel like the crock-pot added anything extra special.  Recipe from: "101 Things To Do With A Slow Cooker" Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 2 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour or 2-3 hours Ingredients: 1 can (20 oz.) of refried beans (I used a 16 oz. can) 1/2 cup of green onion, chopped 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 tablespoons of taco seasoning 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded I used my 2 quart slow cooker that I've had since college. I love this little guy and use it all of the time! And yes, I still have the original box that it came in... Directions: 1.) Cream Cheese Teddy Graham Dip

Hey y'all! This is a sweet and yummy treat that I have made several times before. I found the recipe a few years ago in a sale paper at a local grocery store. It is SUPER easy....and has cream cheese! The hardest part is putting it in the refrigerator to give it time to cool and harden. This time I did not have any mini chocolate chips on hand, so I used regular sized chips, and they worked just fine! Also, I couldn't decide on which Teddy Grahams to use, so I bought two different kinds for dipping.
