Hey guys! Everyone loves a Chocolate Chip Cookie, am I right? I have made these Bisquick™ cookies several times, and they always turn out wonderful! I love these cookies because they have a slightly crunchy outside, but they are soft and chewy on the inside. YUMMY! Recipe adapted from Betty Crocker Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 8-10 minutes Servings: 24 Bisquick™ Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: 1/2 cup of butter, softened 1 cup of brown sugar, packed 2 teaspoons of vanilla 1 egg 2 3/4 cups of Bisquick™ baking mix 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips Optional: 1/2 cup of nuts, chopped I opted out of adding nuts to these cookies this time, but they are delicious with them!
