Hey everyone!
I know, it's summer and crock-pots aren't supposed to be used in the summer, but I guess I'm a weird-o because in my book a crock-pot is fair game any time of the year. Plus, you only need THREE ingredients for this one! I made this a couple of weeks ago, and the husband loved it. I'm not a huge roast fan, but I'll eat it, and this did have a very good taste to it. We used the "sauce" that was leftover in the crock-pot for dipping the roast into, and it turned out to be a great main dish for dinner. Just add a couple of sides, and you've got yourself a delicious meal, any time of the year!

Super great roast! I like the crock pot in summer because it doesn't heat up the kitchen with a stove or oven going. Thank you, Laci, it was really tender too!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you liked it, Marilyn!
