Tater Tot Casserole

Hey friends!

I hope that you enjoy this yummy breakfast casserole. I've had this recipe in my cookbook for a long time. I found this online and printed it off, but I could not find where I originally came across it. Every time I have made this I have used sausage, but you can use any breakfast meat that you like or even use a combination. Have fun!

Tater Tot Casserole

Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
Your choice of 1 pound of ground pork breakfast sausage, cubed ham, or bacon (I use sausage)
2-4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 pounds frozen tater tots


Directions:
1.) Cook whatever meat you will be using. Be sure to drain grease.


2.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3.) Spread sausage, ham, or bacon in bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan.
4.) Spread cheese over meat.
5.) In a bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over cheese (At this point you could freeze or refrigerate casserole to cook at a later date.)


6.) Top with frozen tater tots.


7.) Bake in oven for around 45 minutes.
8.) Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.

Hey everyone! Here's a recipe that I make fairly often. I'm not a huge fan of meatloaf really. This is more for the husband than anything, but this meatloaf has such a good flavor that I will eat it. I found this recipe on the side of an A.1. Original Sauce bottle and gave it a try a few years ago, and it has just kind of stuck! Mocha Punch

Hey y'all! This punch can be customized with any coffee and chocolate ice-cream of your choosing. The original recipe did not call for whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles to be added, but I saw where someone commented that they did this, so I decided to try it. I must say that the punch was awesome by itself, but adding the toppings make it even better! It was soooooo creamy. Plus, who doesn't like chocolate sprinkles? Recipe from: "101 Things To Do With A Slow Cooker" Prep Time: 10-15 minutes Cook Time: 5-6 hours Servings: 4-6 Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef, browned and drained 1 can (15 oz.) of whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (15 oz.) of French cut green beans 2 cups of instant mashed potatoes, prepared 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil Salt and Pepper Directions: 1.)
