Hey friends!
Here is a super easy AND healthy recipe for you. It can be eaten pretty much for any meal or as a snack. I usually make this when the husband and I are just wanting something light for lunch or dinner. I recommend using Rye bread for this recipe. I did not have any on hand the other day so I used Whole Grain, but it was still yummy.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Avocado and Tomato Toast
Ingredients:1 avocado, mashed
Handful of grape tomatoes, sliced
2 pieces of bread (I use Rye or Whole Grain)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1.) Toast bread in toaster
2.) Spread olive oil over toast
3.) Spread avocado over toast
4.) Top toast with sliced tomatoes
5.) Season with salt and pepper
So easy, right?
