Lemon Cake with Glaze
Prep Time: 5-10 minutesCook Time: 30-35 minutes

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 box of yellow cake mix
5.1 oz box of instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup of oil
3/4 cup of water
4 eggs
Glaze:
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of water
1/3 cup of lemon juice
Directions:
1.) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 9 X 13 pan.
2.) In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Mix in cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, and water until well combined.
I used my stand mixer to mix all of the ingredients for the cake. |
3.) Pour the batter into pan and cook 30-35 minutes.
4.) While cake is baking, prepare glaze. Mix powdered sugar, water, and lemon juice until well combined.
5.) Once baked, wait until cake has mostly cooled. Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over (or top with a lemon frosting!)
