Lemon Cake with Glaze

Lemon Cake with Glaze

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-35 minutes
Servings: 16

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 box of yellow cake mix
5.1 oz box of instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup of oil
3/4 cup of water
4 eggs

Glaze:
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of water
1/3 cup of lemon juice

Directions:
1.) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 9 X 13 pan.
2.) In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Mix in cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, and water until well combined.

I used my stand mixer to mix all of the ingredients for the cake.

3.) Pour the batter into pan and cook 30-35 minutes.

4.) While cake is baking, prepare glaze. Mix powdered sugar, water, and lemon juice until well combined.

5.) Once baked, wait until cake has mostly cooled. Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over (or top with a lemon frosting!)

It is SUPER easy....and has cream cheese! The hardest part is putting it in the refrigerator to give it time to cool and harden. Mocha Punch

Hey y'all! This punch can be customized with any coffee and chocolate ice-cream of your choosing. The original recipe did not call for whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles to be added, but I saw where someone commented that they did this, so I decided to try it. I must say that the punch was awesome by itself, but adding the toppings make it even better! It was soooooo creamy. Plus, who doesn't like chocolate sprinkles? If you have any left over you can even store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator and save for later! I just had a cup of what we had left, and it is still delicious even after the ice-cream has completely melted. Recipe from: "101 Things To Do With A Slow Cooker" Prep Time: 10-15 minutes Cook Time: 5-6 hours Servings: 4-6 Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef, browned and drained 1 can (15 oz.) of whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (15 oz.) of French cut green beans 2 cups of instant mashed potatoes, prepared 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil Salt and Pepper Directions: 1.)
